Meet your doctorDr Sreeja Rani V R
Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, Cloudnine Hospital, Whitefield
For more than two decades, Dr Sreeja has cared for women through pregnancy, gynaecological problems and the hope of starting a family. She offers what every woman deserves from her doctor: time, a calm explanation, and a plan she understands.
Unhurried, evidence-based care that treats every woman as a partner in her own decisions.
Dr Sreeja believes that a good consultation leaves you calmer than when you arrived. She listens to the whole story first, explains what the findings mean, and talks through the options, including the option of waiting, before agreeing on a plan with you.
Her practice follows current clinical evidence and the standards of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the United Kingdom, where she earned her MRCOG.
A career built on care and teaching
From medical school in Kerala to consultant practice in Whitefield, each chapter has shaped the way she cares for women today.
Kerala and Chennai
Dr Sreeja graduated from Trivandrum Medical College in 1997 and went on to specialise in obstetrics and gynaecology at Madras Medical College, Chennai, completing her MD in 2003. She began practising as a consultant in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi.
Eight years training future doctors
She joined Co-operative Medical College, Kochi, and later SUT Academy of Medical Sciences, rising to Associate Professor. She examined medical students for several universities, including Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Kerala University, and presented her research at international conferences.
Thirteen years caring for families in Whitefield
She moved to Bengaluru in 2013 as a consultant at Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, then Manipal Hospital, Whitefield, and Kinder Women's Hospital & Fertility Centre. In July 2026 she joined Cloudnine Hospital, Whitefield.
UK certification and a fellowship
Well into her career, she earned the MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2022, and completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine in 2025 to deepen her fertility care.
